BINDING OF COVERAGE

MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND RATES

Message frequency varies and recurring messages may be sent based on your interactions with M91 Agency, including quote activity, applications, policy servicing, pending documentation, renewals, and customer service needs. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent or received in connection with the M91 Agency SMS Program.

STOP AND HELP

To unsubscribe from text messages, REPLY STOP to any M91 Agency text message. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from the applicable SMS program unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not prevent M91 Agency from communicating with you through other appropriate methods, including telephone, email, or mail.

CARRIER DISCLAIMER
